Runbaomeng Claw Machine Projects (Wanda Store, Neijiang City, Sichuan Province)

Runbaomeng's original equipment was mostly single-player and two-player machines, lacking multiplayer projects that could accommodate simultaneous participation. This made it difficult to meet the entertainment needs of family and friend groups. The introduction of the 8-person island machine effectively filled this gap.​

Targeting parent-child groups who bring their children out to play on weekends, a large number of officially licensed cartoon character dolls were placed in the island machine, such as Disney series and Peppa Pig. Moreover, the operation of the equipment was set to be simpler, reducing the difficulty for children to play. At the same time, a "parent-child package" was launched, allowing parents and children to get extra rewards when participating together. Rest seats were also set around the island machine for parents to wait conveniently.​

After the 8-person island machine was put into use, it became a popular project in the amusement park, with the average daily number of users exceeding 500 on weekends, and the proportion of parent-child customers increased by 40%. Due to the feature of multi-person participation, it greatly improved customers' playing experience. The customer satisfaction survey of the amusement park showed that the praise rate increased by 25%, and the average monthly passenger flow grew by 20%.​
